By using this website or applying to a Future of Happiness experience, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an application.

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any unlawful way.

Membership of each season is by application and is curated. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. We review each application and respond directly. Places, dates, pricing and program details are confirmed with you in writing.

Where you confirm a place, the specific payment, deposit and cancellation terms are set out in your booking agreement. Those terms apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Our experiences are documented by professional film and photography teams. By attending, you may appear in this media. We ask for your consent on site and use the media to tell the story of the season and to share future experiences. If you have any concerns, please tell us before your chapter begins.

All content on this website, including text, imagery, logos and film, is owned by Future of Happiness or its partners and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

Our site and programs may reference third-party websites and partners. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

We take great care to deliver safe, high-quality experiences. To the extent permitted by law, Future of Happiness is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
