By using this website, requesting a table or a partnership, or attending a Future & Happiness event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or send us a request.

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or use it in any unlawful way.

Our gala evenings are by invitation, and every guest is approved individually. A request for a table or a partnership does not guarantee a place. We review each request and respond directly. Dates, seating, pricing and the details of your table or partnership are confirmed with you in writing.

Where you confirm a table or a partnership, the specific payment, deposit and cancellation terms are set out in your booking or partnership agreement. Those terms apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Our events are documented by professional film and photography teams, and at our gala evenings microphones at every table let AI follow the conversations, with each guest's consent. By attending, you may appear in this material or be quoted in it. We ask for your consent at the event and use the material for the vision shown on the night, the official film of the evening, our documentary and the Future & Happiness magazine, and to present future editions. If you have any concerns, please tell us before the event begins.

All content on this website, including text, imagery, logos and film, is owned by Future & Happiness or its partners and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

Our site and events may reference third-party websites and services, such as WhatsApp, as well as venues and partners. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, Future & Happiness is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
