Future and Happiness provides innovation services including AI automations/agents, software & Web3 development, digital twins & metaverse experiences, events and live streaming.

If you have questions or requests about this Policy or your data, contact our Privacy Lead at: privacy@futureandhappiness.com. You can also reach us via the Contact section on our website.

2) Scope

This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you:

  • visit or interact with our website and landing pages;
  • engage with our advertising (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta);
  • submit forms, book a call or demo, contact us by email/phone/WhatsApp; or
  • use our services as a client, prospect, or partner.

This Policy applies globally. If local laws grant you additional rights, we honor them as described below.

3) What data we collect

3.1 Data you provide directly

  • Lead/contact details: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company, role, interests, budget and timeline, message content.
  • Meeting details: your availability, meeting times, call recordings/notes if you consent.
  • Contract & billing: company details, billing contact, PO/contract data, and payment references (payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store your full card numbers).
  • Event participation: RSVPs, attendance details, preferences, feedback.

3.2 Data collected automatically

  • Usage & device info: IP address, cookie IDs, pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referrer, browser and device type, OS, approximate location inferred from IP.
  • Analytics & advertising data: anonymized or pseudonymized identifiers from tools such as Google Analytics/Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Meta Pixel to measure performance and (where allowed) personalize/retarget ads.

3.3 Data from third parties

  • Advertising/lead platforms: we may receive lead data you submit through ads (e.g., Google lead form extensions, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, Meta lead ads).
  • Public/professional sources: company websites, public registries, professional networks, event partner referrals.

We do not intentionally collect special category data (e.g., health, religion) or children's data. Do not provide such information to us.

4) Why we use your data (legal bases)

We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

  • Provide and improve services (respond to inquiries, build proposals, deliver projects, support) — contractual necessity; legitimate interests.
  • Sales & marketing (send requested information, event invites, ads/retargeting with consent where required) — consent; legitimate interests.
  • Analytics and site operations (measure traffic, security, debugging, preventing abuse/fraud) — legitimate interests; compliance.
  • Legal and compliance (record-keeping, accounting, responding to lawful requests, enforcing agreements) — legal obligation; legitimate interests.

Where consent is required (e.g., non-essential cookies in the EEA/UK), we only use those technologies after you grant consent, and you can withdraw it any time.

5) Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tech to:

  • make the site work (strictly necessary cookies);
  • measure performance (e.g., Google Analytics);
  • support advertising/retargeting (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) where permitted.

You can control cookies through our banner (where shown), your browser settings, and the links those providers offer for opting out of ads personalization. Blocking some cookies may impact website functionality.

6) Advertising and measurement partners

To run campaigns and measure outcomes, we work with reputable providers which may process limited data about your visit or form interactions:

  • Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, Enhanced Conversions)
  • LinkedIn (Insight Tag / Lead Gen Forms)
  • Meta (Meta Pixel / Lead Ads)
  • Call/meeting tools (e.g., calendar scheduling, call tracking where enabled)
  • Email and CRM platforms (for communications you request or that are relevant to your role)

These partners act as processors or independent controllers depending on the feature. We take steps to minimize data and use privacy-protective configurations.

7) Disclosures of your data

We share personal data only as needed:

  • Service providers (processors): hosting, cloud storage/CDN, analytics, communications, CRM, project management, billing, and security.
  • Professional advisors: legal, accounting, compliance.
  • Business transfers: if we undergo a reorganization, merger, or sale, your data may transfer as part of that transaction.
  • Legal: if required to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, safety, and to detect/prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell personal information. For CPRA, we do not "sell" data and we only "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising where you have allowed ad cookies; you can opt out via cookie controls.

8) International transfers

We are based in the UAE and may process data in other countries where our providers operate. When transferring personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable) and require recipients to protect your data to accepted standards.

9) Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described:

  • Leads & inquiries: typically 24 months after last interaction, unless you request deletion sooner or become a client.
  • Client/project records: for the project duration and up to 6–7 years afterward to meet legal/contractual obligations.
  • Analytics data: typically 14–26 months, following the analytics tool's settings.

We may retain data longer if needed to establish or defend legal claims, comply with law, or maintain required business records.

10) Your rights

Your rights depend on where you live, but may include:

  • Access: know whether we process your data and receive a copy.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: request deletion where we no longer need it or consent is withdrawn.
  • Restriction: limit certain processing.
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing.
  • Portability: receive your data in a usable format and transmit it to another controller.
  • Consent withdrawal: for processing based on consent (e.g., marketing cookies), you may withdraw at any time.

How to exercise your rights

Email privacy@futureandhappiness.com with your request and sufficient information for us to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California residents (CPRA)

You may request access, deletion, and correction; opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising (use our cookie controls); and limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use SPI for inferring characteristics). Authorized agents may act on your behalf with written permission.

11) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, least-privilege policies, and vendor diligence. No system is 100% secure; if we identify a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.

12) Children

Our services and website are intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact privacy@futureandhappiness.com and we will delete it.

13) Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for their content or handling of personal data.

14) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice (e.g., a banner).
